Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on 16 March 1984, on the island of Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's best-known and well-known comedians. The comedian has appeared seen on QI, alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Claiodhnadh, or Aisling "Bea", is a famous Irish actor and writer. Her birth date was March 16, 1984. Following appearances in bits on a number of Irish and British television series from 2009 Bea was able to begin her professional career as a stand-up comedian in 2011. Following 2012, she was appearing in sketch comedy shows or sitcoms as well as other similar shows. After winning an award during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began to appear regularly on numerous panel shows for which she was a frequent guest. In 2016 and 2017 she was a team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. She is also participant on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The parents of her are Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. She has a younger sister, Sinead. She was in 2012 the only woman in history to be awarded the So You Believe you're Funny award. Bea was given to her to honor her father. Bea wasn't told the particulars of his death away until she turned 13. As a way to honor the man she loved, Bea adopted the stage-name Bea and, in the year 2017, she wrote an article on suicides and deaths that affected the family she was raised by for The Guardian. Bea along with her younger sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) a secondary school teacher jockey trainer and former professional jockey. The family was awed by horses, races as well as the race industry. Bea was a guide for The Irish National Stud in her beginning days. She knew, however that it wasn't what she wanted to do for a living and that she was more interested in doing.
